錦州經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)政府網(wǎng)站 Description: 錦州開發(fā)區(qū)位于渤海錦州灣核心區(qū)域，創(chuàng)建于1992年3月，是遼寧省首批省級開發(fā)區(qū)之一。全區(qū)區(qū)域面積156平方公里，其中行政轄區(qū)面積136平方公里，港區(qū)面積20平方公里。轄3個(gè)街道，26個(gè)村委會，5個(gè)居委會，有常住人口8萬人。是遼西沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)對外開放的前沿和窗口，是集風(fēng)景旅游、國際商港和臨港工業(yè)為一體的國家新型臨海產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。目前，全區(qū)城市規(guī)劃面積48.76平方公里，包括西海工業(yè)區(qū)22.76平方公里，白沙灣行政生活區(qū)11平方公里，建成起步區(qū)15平方公里，是遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶重點(diǎn)發(fā)展區(qū)域。2010年4月25日，經(jīng)國務(wù)院批復(fù)同意升級為國家級經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)。
